New Board Member Quick-Start is a practical onboarding program designed to help new board members get up to speed quickly and confidently. Participants will learn board roles and responsibilities, as well as review key governance practices, and get familiar with the board decision-making processes. By the end, participants will have the context they need to contribute effectively to a nonprofit board meeting from day one.
